Preloved condition

As all of our stock is secondhand we want to make sure we meet your expectations when you receive an order. We use four levels to describe the condition of our products:

• New: never worn/used (with or without tags)
• Excellent: has been worn/used, but no wear is showing, as good as new
• Good: slight signs of wear (shown in picture and/or description), but lots of life left in it
• Fair: visible sign of wear (shown in picture and/or description), this item has been well loved
